StockSmith Cancellation Sheets

Our StockSmith Cancellation Sheets are multi functional and can be used with either a Corporation or Limited Liability Company. Ownership is presented in shares, units, and percentages. To officially cancel a certificate of ownership, this information is documented on a Cancellation Sheet. It records the original issuance of the certificate as well as the transfer or cancellation information. It also records any new certificates that have been issued as a result of the transfer or cancellation transaction. The cancelled certificate is attached to the Cancellation Sheet for safe keeping.
